01 / MARBLE FLOORING

Marble Flooring That Defines the Entrance

A black-and-gray marble floor medallion anchors the entrance of this New Jersey villa. Pale stone surrounds the starburst pattern, linking the arched doorway and curved staircase within a consistent material palette.

Materials Supplied Across the Villa

George Group’s supply scope also covered cabinetry, doors, bathroom fixtures, tiles, curtains and furniture, bringing multiple rooms into the same villa procurement plan.

02 / STAIRS

A Curved Marble Staircase That Extends the Foyer

In this New Jersey villa, pale marble stair treads carry the entrance’s stone palette into a sweeping curved staircase. Natural veining adds detail across the steps, while ornate black metal railings outline the curve and echo the dark framing of the nearby arched window.

Daylight from the window and the tall pendant light emphasise the staircase’s height and sculptural form. The combination of light marble and decorative metalwork connects the foyer with the upper floor, making the staircase a defining feature of the villa’s interior.

03 / CABINETRY

A Floating Double Vanity with a Lighter Profile

White floating bathroom cabinetry forms the foundation of this double vanity, combining concealed storage with a broad countertop and twin vessel basins. The clean cabinet fronts establish a continuous horizontal line beneath the mirrors, complementing the bathroom’s pale surfaces and gold-toned faucets.

The wall-mounted arrangement leaves the floor visible beneath the cabinet, giving the vanity area a lighter appearance. Storage sits directly below the wash area, keeping everyday essentials within reach while allowing the countertop, basins and surrounding finishes to remain the visual focus.

04 / DOORS

Doors for a distinctive villa entrance.

The arched entrance door frames the transition into the marble foyer. Doors were part of the villa building materials list, considered alongside the surfaces and interior products throughout the home.

05 / BATHROOM FIXTURES

Bathroom fixtures in a light palette.

Vessel basins, wall-mounted taps and a freestanding bathtub form the bathroom’s main product group. Their pale surfaces sit alongside the vanity and veined tiles within the same villa sourcing brief.

06 / TILES

Tiles that connect the bathroom surfaces.

Light, veined tiles provide the backdrop to the bath and vanity areas. Tiles were sourced as part of the wider villa material list, together with the bathroom products and cabinetry.

07 / CURTAINS

Full-height curtains, room by room.

Curtains extend the material brief beyond the hard finishes. Full-height drapery frames the dining area, while the bedroom view shows the curtain fabric and tieback in closer detail.

Furniture brings the rooms together.

Dining and bedroom furniture complete the villa’s product scope. Upholstered dining chairs, the bed and a soft bench show how the material list carries through from the foyer to the more private rooms.
